An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is created for students with learning disabilities to provide them with alternative learning approaches that support their success in school. IEPs are highly beneficial as they customize educational methods, objectives, and achievements according to the student's specific needs. Some children face challenges in conventional educational settings. Those with disabilities can achieve educational success just like their peers, but they may require more structure and different learning methods. IEPs offer an alternative pathway for students who do not thrive in traditional learning environments, allowing them to receive an education that is personalized to meet their specific needs.
