"The worst airline I have ever had! First flight to Dallas, it was delayed due to their mechanical problem. No apology. I missed the connecting flight. Had to go to the counter to get on the next flight. Receptionist didn't apologize. Then next flight was delayed 3 hours. NO apologies. Everyone's attitude: It is not my problem, who cares. The flight on the way back delayed 30 min. no apologies. Every flight is late. This airline is terrible."

"Worst customer service of all time award goes to this crappy, god awful airline!!!! Never been treated so bad by any company. I was talked over by a supervisor, talked down to and then hung up on before I could get 3 words in to explain my situation!!! You would be better off with any airline but this one!!!"
