These guys are representing Citi, who stole over $150 million from shareholders by illegally shutting down an energy fund as oil prices plummeted at the beginning of COVID19 pandemic. This is the definition of fraud, and the shareholders seeking compensation are up against Goliath with bottomless pockets. But rest assured, the fight will continue until Citi compensates those who were affected.
Because a very good fruend of mine is nvolved in ongoing litigation with a client represented by the NYC office of Goodwin, I can't expound on details until the conclusion of the case. The only thing I will say this is a clear case of a mouse going up against a behemoth. Let true justice prevail
