Awesome very trusting group it was nice for me

Jason and the Gang were absolutely wonderful. My case never failed to have crazy twist and turns, but they stuck it out like champs. Until what we thought was the end. Had to find another Attorney and that damn local SSA office is doing the same thing to them. So 3 years and $3000 that I'm owed I am now having to sue Social Security for what is rightfully mine. So I'm going to assume I've got another 3 year wait. But I appreciate everything Jason and the girls have done for me and I would absolutely recommend them and have just recently. Thank You Jason Tiffany and Stephanie for everything yall were able to accomplish for me.

Came here with my aunt for emotional support. They were very professional and kind. Tiffany was astounding. I wish I could give more than five stars. They gave us their hours of operation and contact and it was very easy to get a hold of them within those time frames. It was as least stressful as an experience like this could be. Thanks a bunch. :)

I have retained ASCEND DISABILITY re: my SSDI claim. I found Ms. Tiffany Logan to be a wonderful person and so kind & professional. I was so happy. I was hospitalized & had to miss a critical phone appt. I called repeatedly & e-mailed as soon as I was able. In over a week, I have not received a response either by phone or e-mail! You cannot reach a human voice at any of the numbers, only voicemail. No response to e-mails either! My Therapist even called because I am so distressed that it is affecting my ability to function and she couldn't get through or get a response! I just don't understand what happened after how wonderful Ms. Tiffany has been. This has shaken me to the core. I have never had an experience of not being able to reach a business before, especially when I am a client.

I extremely thankful for Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Jason! Initially they were unable to assist with my case but Ms. Tiffany kept in contact with me over the course of 3-6 months and that meant everything to me because I know they are extremely busy helping their clients. So months later when my situation changed I contacted Ms. Tiffany and informed her of the changes and she told me she inform Mr. Jason of the changes in my situation to see if they could take my case on. Well the next day I received an email that they could indeed assist me with my case. The process is long and tedious but the communication was GREAT! I made sure I kept them updated on my care and aware of any changes via email, considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic their service is top notch. They didn’t miss a beat, I won my case 2/23/2021and I am forever grateful for the help of everyone at Ascend Disability.
