As a real estate professional I am highly disappointment in the lack of attention to detail from the firm. When I called to follow up on payments to be wired to an agent directly and CDA provides the wiring instruction for this to happen. Mr. G Davis and his firm decided to handle the matter by their choosing and on the phone said, "oh well, I must have missed that, the check is in the mail." Terrible performance and actions taken by the firm. No future transactions to be handled though this firm. Our clients and referring agents deserve better.

Got set up with one of their lawyers for a divorce. Basically took my money and did nothing to help me. Couldn't never get ahold of the lawyer I had. Terrible lawyers. Stay away and find better people.

TWICE now rude as can be, first time they took my money. Second time, a phone call- Still so rude of establishment.

Took them 4 days to tell me there was a conflict of interest. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted when they could have easily told me in the original phone call & emails. In this case time is truly of the essence & they had no remorse in wasting mine.

DO NOT HIRE THEM for your family estate Last will ,If you see that the executors is going to use them protest get a good attorney and fight it . They only care about the them and executor ,you will lose everything they are not to be trusted , I was call to a meeting to pick up stuff and it was a box of garbage and was told I couldn’t say or speak about anything It was what it was.
