Welcome to Gardner Law Firm, P.C. We are a full service law firm, concentrating primarily on divorce and custody matters (including, but not limited to matters of alimony, child support, visitation, separation, and post-judgment matters such as modifications of child support/custody/alimony awards). Gardner will work closely with you to guide you through this process by making sure you understand your rights and that you are making an informed decision every step of the way.

Our first goal is usually is to reach an amicable agreement with your spouse provided that a fair and equitable agreement can be reached which protects your interests and those of any children involved in the dispute. If an agreement cannot be reached our office is experienced in litigating all of the various issues that may arise in your case and is prepared to vigorously pursue your rights in court. Successful litigation requires a cooperative relationship between you and your attorney to ensure that you both understand the tasks you are performing and have realistic expectations regarding the outcome of your case. We will work to ensure that the goals of your particular case are met, and to see that you receive every advantage possible when you arrive in court. If there are children involved in your case, our office has extensive experience both negotiating custody and visitation agreements and litigating contested custody cases in court. Mr. Gardner has also been trained and appointed by the Court to represent children in high-conflict custody disputes.

With knowing the realities associated with divorce and separation, more and more people are considering pre-marital agreements ("prenups"). Our firm also has vast experience drafting and preparing these types of agreements, which help ensure protection going into your marriage.
