On March 4, 2015 the Superior Court of Pennsylvania (in C-B.R. v. D.B) found in favor of the client of Brian A. Coverdale in a children’s custody fast track appeal of a Trial Court Order. The issues appealed were the admission and consideration of irrelevant evidence, the consideration and weight given to the testimony of minor child, and the Trial Court’s reliance on evidence outside of the record. The Superior Court reversed and remanded the Trial Court Order with instructions to enter an Order consistent with its opinion and consistent with all arguments made on appeal on behalf of the client.
