About Anthony

Anthony concentrates a large portion of his practice in the defense of professional liability matters, third party automobile liability cases, uninsured and underinsured motorist liability matters, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, as well as consumer and credit law. Over the course of his practice, Anthony has tried over 50 cases to verdict and has handled over 100 third party auto liability and UM/UIM cases, a considerable number of consumer and credit law cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as representation of a considerable number of attorneys in professional liability cases. Anthony has also presented a lecture on "Ethics in the Maintenance of an Insurance Professional's Files" to claims, underwriting, and agency members of the Northeast Chapter of the CPCU Society.

In 1994, Anthony graduated from Villanova University where he obtained his B.A. degree in Philosophy while minoring in English. He then attended Duquesne University School of Law where he achieved his J.D. in 1998. In law school, Anthony was named a National Member of the Order of Barristers for Courtroom Advocacy. He also participated and won trial and appellate moot court competitions.

Anthony began practicing law in Pittsburgh where he worked in the insurance defense litigation department. He then accepted an appointment as an assistant district attorney in Luzerne County. He prosecuted homicide, felony, and misdemeanor cases. His work as an assistant district attorney had emphasis on juvenile and sexual assault cases.
