Cynthia M. Baruck, Attorney

Cynthia M Baruck focuses her practice in the area of family law.  Cynthia works with many different clients including persons with significant assets and complex financial situations.  She works on all matters including asset valuation and classification, support, maintenance, custody, visitation, post decree matters and premarital agreements.  Cynthia is a trained mediator and is also trained in the Collaborative Divorce process.  In her practice of family law she works to provide creative solutions through negotiation, mediation and collaborative divorce as alternatives to the traditional divorce process.  However, Cynthia is an effective advocate and will work in the traditional divorce setting if so requested or needed based on the individual needs of each client.    Through her years of experience and her training in alternative dispute resolution she works to maintain the dignity of her clients and to reduce the often high level of anxiety and tension that often accompanies family law matters.
