Born in 1958 and raised in Northern California. Attended San Diego State University (B.S. Degree with Honors in 1981) and University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D. Degree in 1985). Passed the California Bar Examination in 1985. Practice has emphasized trust and estate litigation over the past 20 years with extensive trial experience in all Bay Area Counties. Admitted to all courts in the State of California. Lives with wife and daughter in San Mateo County.
