Daniel P. Saba, Attorney

Daniel P. Saba was born and raised in Santa Rosa County, Florida.  He was honored to attend the local public schools and graduated from Pace High School in 1995 as its Salutatorian.  Daniel earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University West Florida, cum laude, in 1998, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2002.

While earning his undergraduate degree, Daniel was involved in several honor societies and fraternal organizations, among those include holding various officer positions with the Kappa Alpha Fraternity at the University of West Florida.  While in law school, Daniel was honored to be selected to a judicial clerkship position with the Circuit Court in the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee.

After law school, Daniel joined the firm now known as Locklin, Jones & Saba, and became a partner and shareholder in 2006. 

Daniel enjoys practicing in all types of real estate law, both transactional and litigation.  Various areas of his real estate practice include commercial and residential purchases and sales, contract drafting and negotiations, title insurance and closings, boundary disputes, land use and zoning matters, preparing leases, landlord and tenant issues, homeowner associations and condominium issues.  Daniel's involvement with real estate matters actually began at an early age prompting him to become one of Florida's youngest Realtors by acquiring his Florida Real Estate Salesperson at the age of 18. Daniel actively sold real estate during his undergraduate years.

In addition to real estate, Daniel also maintains an active probate and estate planning practice providing his clients with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Daniel further compliments his law practice with various matters involving business and corporate law, construction law, collections, and general litigation matters usually involving contract disputes.

Daniel is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Section of the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is currently the President-elect for the Pace Area Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of the office, Daniel is an avid sportsman who enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and various team sports.  He is a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Pace and is also a proud Florida Gator fan.
