How did you build a successful practice?I focus on my clients and solving their problems with zealous advocacy. The best way to success is to do a stellar job!
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Good communication. If you have a good rapport, can understand your plan of action for your legal problem, and trust the attorney, sign up!
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Essential! Do not sign with an out of the area firm. You will not be the focus of their time. Local attorneys are concerned about your issue on a personal level. There are also regional differences with law practice that can hinder effective resolution. Go local!
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?When you call, my staff will set up a zoom meeting to go over your legal issues. I will be able to give you an overview of your options for resolution, begin planning our attack on your legal problem, and explain my legal fees. Once you sign a retainer agreement and pay the retainer fee I will begin to fight for you on your case. Call today to set up your consultation!
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?I will need some personal background information on you and your situation. If there is an open legal case I will also need information on that as well. Please gather any papers you have been served, your identification, and pick up that phone to call now!
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?My focus is my clients. I keep my practice small on purpose so that I can provide you with undivided attention. It is important to me that my clients understand their legal issues, the solutions they have, and feel that they are heard. I am a people person providing personalized and zealous advocacy!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping others.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I am involved in my church. For fun I love to spend time with my dogs, friends, family, stay in shape, garden, DIY, and cook.
Are you involved in your community?Yes, I help out at my Christian church and community civic organizations. I participate in community events and enjoy nature in this beautiful state we live in!
