Plaintiff: Attorney for the plaintiff, Gloria Meridith. Meridith filed a complaint against Navient Solutions, Inc. a company that provided and manages student loans. Meridith requested a jury trial, which was denied. Navient responded to the complaint and negotiations began. Naveint offered a settlement agreement to Meridith which was approved and accepted by the courts. A motion of voluntary dismissal was filed and the case was closed.
