Just recently I was contacted by a client to help her with a citizen complaint / noise ordinance violation. With the help of a good private investigator who shot video and conducted more interviews, we found out our client was not the problem. We were able to put together a collection of statements and videos that supported our position. When we went to court, we were prepared. In the end, our client's case was dismissed, and now she can enjoy her home with her best companion by her side.
