Description: Participated on a Motion for Summary Judgment regarding the validity of an Access Easement. Grantor created an easement over her parcel for ingress and egress, upon sale of land validity of easement was challenged. Practice Area: Elder Law Outcome: Prevailed, Client Protected Description: Secured a VAPO for Client upon demonstrating client's grand daughter had likely misappropriated nearly $100,000 by abusing her powers while acting as the Attorney-In-Fact (by way of the Power of Attorney).
