Kenneth Arden Reynolds | Jericho Bankruptcy Lawyer

Kenneth A. Reynolds is a Partner of McBreen & Kopko and heads the firm's bankruptcy and creditor's rights practice group. Mr. Reynolds has gained a broad range of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy and creditor's rights by providing services to both financially distressed business entities and creditors of insolvent businesses. Mr. Reynolds regularly represents corporate and individual debtors in reorganization and liquidation proceedings, and has extensive experience in representing both secured and unsecured creditors, including airline service companies, landlords, leasing companies, lenders, creditor committees, and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Reynolds has been involved in numerous U.S. airline and aviation chapter 11 cases and has made presentations on bankruptcy issues impacting airport ground handling companies and freight forwarding companies at the National Government Affairs Conference and for the National Air Transportation Association. Mr. Reynolds received his law degree and graduated, magna cum laude, in 1992 from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993, and to the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association (Bankruptcy Committee). Mr. Reynolds publishes articles on bankruptcy issues related to the airline industry in an international aviation trade magazine.
