Kenneth T. Bailey, Attorney

Kenneth Bailey has experience defending manufacturers in product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, construction liability, and personal injury matters.  He is currently handling automotive and other product liability actions.  He is well versed in the area of Electronic Discovery, and requirements for compliance with various Federal and State guidelines related to this ever developing area.

Through his prior legal experiences, Kenneth has had the opportunity to handle a wide range of matters for clients ranging from large corporations to smaller business entities.  He has participated in arbitration proceedings, private and court mandated mediations, multidistrict litigation conferences, and handled matters through trial.  He has also authored various discovery and dispositive motions at the trial and appellate court levels and has appeared in multiple jurisdictions in defense of his clients. 

Prior to entering the field of Law, Kenneth worked as a Student Affairs Professional at various colleges and universities in the northeast. Through these experiences, he has developed a well-balanced approach to problem solving and conflict management; a skill set that has been invaluable in advocating on behalf of his clients both in and out of the courtroom.
