Kevin Jolly, “KJ” is a fighting Bruin. After graduating from Law School Kevin spent 27 years working for State Farm as a trial lawyer. From day one, he knew he wanted to try cases, and that is what he has done. KJ has tried over 140 civil jury trials to verdict. He has earned a reputation as a fierce advocate, often referred to as “a bulldog who knows his way around the courtroom.” He has been recognized for his vast trial experience, and holds the title of Diplomate within the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)—the highest level attainable. Fewer than 300 attorneys in the entire Country hold this ABOTA distinction. KJ is one of them because he has the unique ability, through years of experience, to communicate with 12 people in a jury box, to explain the most complicated issues in an accident reconstruction in a way that makes perfect common sense. KJ fights for what he believes in—whether it is as a part of a larger team to expose unethical behavior that amounts to criminal conduct, or representing a family who lost a loved one in a tragic accident.

He and his partner, Leah Berry worked together investigating Fraud Claims for State Farm, and have collaborated on numerous complex cases, including traumatic brain injuries. Together they have successfully tried several long cause jury trials to verdict together before deciding to start their own trial firm.

KJ and Leah formed their own firm with the mission to work on every case together: from meeting with you, developing a litigation plan, retaining experts, and executing a trial strategy with you. Jolly Berry law is unique in that two very experienced lawyers, with different styles and approaches, develop every case together. All cases– the minor injury accident someone recovers from, and the catastrophic forever life changing event—receive KJ and Leah’s personal attention and joint approach from beginning to end.
