Kevin has experience providing anti-harassment training and manager and supervisor training, drafting employment-related agreements including severance agreements, employment agreements, deferred-compensation agreements, executive-compensation arrangements and reviewing employee policy manuals. He assists in the negotiation of initial and renewed union contracts and union organizing campaigns.

He defends clients involving claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Equal Pay Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor and Management Relations Act and various state claims including allegations of workers compensation retaliatory discharge.
