Nadeen practiced law at one of Ohio’s premier criminal defense firms prior to joining Minc Law. She also served as a judicial staff attorney in Ohio’s largest court, managing and resolving hundreds of cases.  Her unparalleled familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the court system contributes to her efficient and successful handling of matters. Her extensive knowledge of litigation procedure is invaluable and complements the firm’s digitals tools and investigative techniques used to bring relief to individuals and entities who have had their reputations and brands attacked online.

Nadeen, received her undergraduate degree cum laude in just 2.5 years. She is a leader in Cleveland’s professional and civic communities. She has served on the board of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and its charitable arm, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation. Nadeen also is one of the youngest attorneys to be invited to serve on the Executive Committee of the prestigious William K. Thomas American Inn of Court, which she has been a member of since 2011.  In 2017, Nadeen became one of the youngest judicial candidates in Ohio history when she ran for a seat in her local municipal court, earning the endorsement of several non-partisan groups, unions and professionals.

Nadeen, a multilingual travel enthusiast, is a certified yoga instructor who strongly believes in the importance of staying active and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.

• Representative Matters
  Removed defamatory website that falsely accused prominent real estate developer of fraudulent acts and bad faith business practices. Obtained temporary restraining order and injunctive relief on behalf of wrongfully accused student facing sexual assault charges. Obtained monetary civil judgments and executed on said judgments on behalf of more than 100 clients. Identified a medical practitioner’s anonymous competitor who published false online reviews; as a result of ensuing litigation, client was awarded damages for defamation. Removed an embarrassing criminal charge against an executive that was published on a local news website. Removed false and defamatory Glassdoor.com review by terminated employee of a large company. Identified anonymous publishers of false online reviews for numerous clients. Removed fake negative reviews on Yelp, Google, Yahoo and Facebook for a wide variety of clients, including a dentist, physician, personal training studio, medical spa, property management company, and smart phone application company. Successfully stopped dissemination of bogus sexual harassment claim and extortion attempt of an business executive by an individual he met online. Obtained settlement on behalf of multi-million-dollar corporate client in complex defamation litigation.
