Patrick Warner is a founding partner at Leist Warner. Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio where he was a member of the Order of the Curia. While attending law school, Patrick was the recipient of an academic performance-based scholarship, multiple American Jurisprudence Awards and top honors in Civil Procedure and Products Liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a partner and an associate attorney at several prominent class action law firms. He concentrated his practice in complex class actions, securities arbitration and shareholder derivative litigation. Patrick participated as class counsel in a wide variety of class action litigation including cases involving millions of consumers.
