Peter Pang is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Partner of IPO Pang Xingpu Law Firm where he leads a team of lawyers with offices in Shanghai, China. Mr. Pang hasover 35 years of experience as a practicing attorney in both China and North America. Mr. Pangpractices cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, foreign direct investments, franchise law, intellectual property law, corporate governance and compliance, commercial contracts, employment law and dispute resolution.

Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Pang served as in-house corporate and IP counsel at Shell Oil Company, M&A attorney for Hershey Foods, Vice President and General Counsel for Dole Packaged Food Corporation, Chief Corporate Counsel for Nissan North America, EVP and GC for Win Win Gaming, Inc. and Legal Representative for bwin Interactive Gaming AG. Most recently, Mr. Pangcompleted a three-year stint as Of Counsel to the U.S. Michigan based law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC, working out of their Washington DC office, where he primarily focused on international business transactions.

Mr. Pang was educated in both China and the United States, having studied law in Hong Kong, China and the US. He has attended University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, UC Berkeley, Santa Clara Law School, University of Houston and the Fuqua School at Duke University.
