I helped one gentleman earlier this year who is a veteran and retired police officer. There are certain parameters for each Chapter, but there is also a fair amount of choice. I will present each option and help you find a possible solution that will align with your financial goals moving forward. If bankruptcy is not the best option for you, I will provide you with feasible alternatives as well.

I ask that clients share details of their financial story during these phone calls, so that I am better able to help them answer questions that they have about bankruptcy. I also recommend that clients write down their questions before the phone call to ensure that any questions they have are addressed.

I believe it is that extra minute of care and attention I give. I am patient and kind. I understand the uneasiness, the struggles, and many times the fear my clients experience. I don\'t take for granted these feelings, as I help them navigate the bankruptcy process.

It is most rewarding to get the phone call months after a case is complete - to hear a prior client cheering because they bought a car, got a new job, moved into a new place, and feel so relieved and happy in not being weighed down by all the debt.

Besides being a lawyer, I am a wife and mother. I practice law with my husband, Dan. We have four children who fill our lives with joy and four pets who keep us busy. I enjoy reading, writing, and exploring Montana.

I give back to my community as much as I can. I participate in quiet ways - donations to the food bank and contributions to those in need. I love live theatre and volunteer as an usher at Missoula Children\'s Theatre with my husband.
