Stephanie B. Nickse, Attorney

STEPHANIE B. NICKSE has been practicing law in Connecticut since 2007. She is member of S.B. Nickse Law Offices, LLC and focuses her practice in the areas of Civil Litigation and Litigation Management. Ms. Nickse is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York (2008). She is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and it’s Women’s Caucus, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Danbury Bar Association (past Secretary). Ms. Nickse received her B.A. from Bucknell University where she majored in Sociology with a concentration in Legal Studies, Spanish, and Chemistry (one class short of a triple major). She then went on to work in business as a district manager at Automatic Data Processing in Tampa, Florida. In 2004, she returned home to Connecticut to pursue her legal education. After practicing law at a small but prominent Connecticut firm in its litigation department for almost six years, Ms. Nickse opened S.B. Nickse Law Offices, LLC in April 2013. Ms. Nickse’s background includes broad litigation experience which includes business/commerical litigation, construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, real property disputes, tort litigation, litigation on behalf of municipalities, criminal litigation as well as education law matters. She has continued her general litigation practice, representing businesses and individuals in Fairfield County as well as large national banks as both counsel and litigation manager. Ms. Nickse offers strong attorney-client relationships, flexible services to meet clients’ needs in the 21st century and zealous, professional legal representation. She focuses on her clients' goals and works endlessly to protect her clients' interests. Ms. Nickse’s most recent professional honor includes the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 40 Under 40 award in 2014. Ms. Nickse is a native of Newtown, Connecticut, and currently resides in Westport with her family.
