Tyson B. Snow | Salt Lake City Intellectual Property Lawyer

Tyson Snow is a partner of PADRM.  He works in the Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and IP Litigation and Prosecution practice groups at PADRM. Mr. Snow has represented several Fortune 100 companies and many of Utah’s largest employers in employment-related administrative and litigation matters. He also consults and advises these clients with respect to their employment practices and human resources needs. Mr. Snow frequently represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and contract litigation and transactions. Mr. Snow leans on his background in computer science in representing a variety of tech-companies, from startups to large corporations, with intellectual property, licensing, contracts, and other legal needs. Mr. Snow also has significant experience in representing both insureds and insurers in coverage disputes, focusing on Commercial General Liability and similar risk management agreements. While the majority of his work occurs in Utah courts, Mr. Snow has handled matters in California, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Kentucky, and New York. He is also licensed to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
