Adolph P. Sicheri, Attorney

Adolph P. Sicheri practices extensively in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Personal Injury, Family Law and all types of Real Estate Matters.

He has prepared extensive Estate Plans for numerous clients which includes the preparation of Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, Living Wills, Last Wills & Testaments containing extensive Trust provisions. All of Mr. Sicheri's documents are prepared after a full and extensive consultation with his clients in order to meet the client's individual needs. Mr. Sicheri drafts the necessary documents in accordance with the client's wishes, and aims to reduce the taxes and other financial burdens that a family may has when a loved one dies. Also, as part of Mr. Sicheri's Elder Law Practice, he has assisted families in making the difficult decisions regarding placing a loved one in a nursing home facility and works with the family to prevent the family's assets from being wiped out in the event of a nursing home placement.

Adolph Sicheri also represents numerous builders and small businesses in and around the Southern Ocean County, NJ area. He has drafted and negotiated hundreds of real estate contracts and performs residential and commercial real estate closings on a regular basis. He is also one of the review attorneys for TD Commerce Bank, N.A., Toms River, New Jersey. He has drafted all types of partnership agreements, corporate documents and condominium documents, and presently, he represents several condominium and homeowner associations in the local area. In addition, as part of Mr. Sicheri's real estate practice, he appears before the local Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment with residential and commercial land use applications for development.

Mr. Sicheri also extensively practices in the areas of family law and personal injury law. With respect to family law matters, he regularly appears before judges with varying Motions regarding custody, support, alimony, equitable distribution and domestic violence matters.

With respect to personal injury matters, Mr. Sicheri has represented numerous clients involved in automobile accidents, slip and falls and other serious injury cases.

Mr. Sicheri received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from New York University and received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and is admitted to practice law before the United State Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court.
