Barrett Kelly represents public and private sector employees in a broad range of employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, workplace discrimination cases, and wrongful discharge actions.

Recognizing that successful legal representation begins with a successful attorney-client relationship, Barrett prides himself on providing his clients with honest and objective legal advice in a welcoming and friendly manner.

Barrett has extensive experience representing clients in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and before administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Barrett has successfully tried cases in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining Alan Lescht & Associates, Barrett worked for several firms in the Washington, D.C. area practicing employment law.  Before earning his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Barrett worked in the financial services industry and earned an MBA from the University of Virginia.
