Elmira Moghadam is the Managing Lawyer at Noble Law Corporation. Elmira’s practice focuses on areas of corporate, commercial, and securities, real estate, and immigration.

Acting for both private and publicly listed companies, Elmira has assisted various clients in corporate structuring, initial public offerings, take-over bids, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, corporate governance, proxy contests, internal investigations and public company disclosure and compliance. Prior to starting her own law firm in Vancouver, Elmira worked as an In-house Legal Counsel at Dundee Corporation, a prominent investment firm in Toronto, where her responsibilities were focused on assisting Senior Legal Counsels and the Corporate Secretary by providing support on preparation and filing of MD&A, Management Information Circular, material change reports and various corporate and commercial transactions and IP related contracts.

In addition, by working at the Ontario Securities Commission and CIBC Mellon (CST Trust), Elmira has gained broader experience in reviewing, interpreting, and applying securities laws with respect to continuous disclosure filings, shareholder’s offering documentation, including prospectuses, applications for discretionary relief and reviews of and participated in various policy development initiatives and projects related to corporate governance and credit rating agencies.

Elmira has also assisted various clients in purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, review, drafting, and negotiation of lease contracts, preparation of permanent residency applications, sponsorship applications, and temporary visas.

Elmira has finished her J.D. Degree at University of Ottawa and have completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Securities Law at York University, Osgoode Hall. Elmira is called to the Law Society of Upper Canada and British Columbia and is fluent in Farsi and English.
