Christopher Marlborough is a New York Wage Theft lawyer practicing on Long Island and New York City. He represents workers who have been cheated out of overtime, minimum wage, and other wages by their employers. Christopher has been fighting for Plaintiffs since 2004 and has been litigating class action lawsuits since 2007.

Christopher has seen worker exploitation and wage theft first-hand in the course of his work as a vocational evaluator prior to attending law school.
