• Case Name: Saved the family farm. Summary: A client came to me with her mother in the nursing home. Her father was not well. I advised how to proceed. Her father passed, his will was probated. I applied for Medicaid for her mother protecting the family farm. Now her mother's nursing home bill is paid by Medicaid and she retained the family farm. Result: Kept the family farm in the family.
