David Blum, Associate Attorney

David is an experienced attorney who represents public and private sector employees in a broad range of employment-related matters. David prides himself on his client-focused, detail-oriented approach and always places the overarching goals of the client first.

Prior to joining Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., David practiced at two Washington, DC personal injury law firms, where he represented clients in personal injury and medical malpractice matters in state and federal courts across the country. David was also an eviction defense attorney for many years, representing indigent clients in the District of Columbia Superior Court’s Landlord and Tenant Branch and Housing Conditions Calendar.

David is admitted in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as corresponding federal jurisdictions.
