Generally we review the issues and discuss potential avenues to address the issues we find.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?We need the client's contact information, any names of adverse parties or companies to run a conflict check, a short description of the type of legal issue to know which of our staff is best to respond, and a short description of the legal issue to make sure we can help.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We are extremely responsive and like to help clients make choices that help them, not hurt them in the long run. We take a little more time upfront to find out what the real issue is and not just the symptoms that the client is experiencing.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Our firm strives to help people improve their situation and protect assets from unexpected events.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I have started and run many technology based businesses over the last 30 years and enjoy helping people make smart business decisions and build profitable businesses.
Are you involved in your community?Our family is involved in many charitable organizations. We are also teaching our son the importance of being involved in charitable organizations and donating a portion of his income and earnings to causes that are important to him.
