Dina Gattuso | Blackwood Divorce & Family Lawyer

Dina Gattuso is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Jersey specializing in Divorce & Family Law. Ms. Gattuso received her J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

I graduated from Monmouth University in 1990 and from Ohio Northern University in 1994.  In January of 1995, I joined the law firm of Franc J.H. Marmero, P.C. where I was an associate handling family law, municipal court, and personal injury matters.  From 1995-1996, I served as the Winslow Township Special Prosecutor.  In July of 1998 to May of 2002, I was a partner in the firm Block & Gattuso, where I was the head of the matrimonial department while also handling municipal court matters.  From July of 1998 to August of 2017, I served as the Hi-Nella Municipal Court Public Defender.  

From May of 2002 to the present, I am the president and solo practitioner of the Law Offices of Dina Gattuso, Esquire, P.C.  The majority of my practice is devoted to matrimonial and family law, as it has been since my entry into the practice of law.  From September of 2012 to the present, I serve as a Special Master for the Supreme Court of New Jersey Ethics Committee.  From September of 2007 to September of 2011, I served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee.  In 2008, I held the position of Vice Chair of the Camden/Gloucester County Ethics Committee.  In 2009-2011, I held the position of Chair of the Camden/Gloucester County Ethics Committee.  I have lectured on family law related classes for the New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Program.  I serve as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for both Camden and Gloucester County.  From 1995 to the present, I represent victims of domestic violence both on a pro bono basis as in private practice.  In 2015, I was recognized by the Camden County Women’s Center for my dedication and commitment to the advocacy for domestic violence victims.  I am currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
