Donald F. Cox, Attorney

An experienced and aggressive litigator, Don is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Born in Tennessee and raised in Mississippi, Don moved to New Jersey in 1993. Having previously obtained both his Associates and Bachelors degrees in Criminal Justice, Don went on to graduate with Honors from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, which he followed with a clerkship to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge. Prior to obtaining his JD, Don served as a member of the U.S. Armed Services, a law enforcement officer and investigation professional. With his extensive criminal and civil litigation experience and multifaceted background in various branches of law enforcement, Don can objectively provide clients with a unique and invaluable perspective into the various aspects of legal situations that they may encounter.

Don is member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as a recipient of the West Publishing Award (Criminal Law).
