Elizabeth Hart is an experienced trial attorney with 12 years in civil litigation. Her experience currently focuses on health care law and civil litigation defense. All aspects of the legal field are within her purview including trial work, arbitrations, appeals, mediations, and administrative hearings. With her firm she is able to handle a wide range of legal services incluidng commerical litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, white collar crime, and product liabilities.

She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Health Law Certificate and as a member of the Dean’s List in December 1999. Her practice began by defending professionals such as nurses, doctors, teachers and police officers in civil litigation. Through the years she has continued to represent nurses and doctors but has also expanded her practice to meet the needs of entire health organizations such as clinics and hospitals. Upon the request of clients she has also represented businesses and professionals in many types of administrative processes and civil litigation. Mrs. Hart is licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas. She is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma, all federal district courts in Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mrs. Hart holds the BV distinction from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. She has also been named a Fellow with Litigation Counsel of America. Oklahoma Magazine's Super Lawyers has named her one of Oklahoma's Top Young Attorneys for 2009, 2010 and 2011. The Tulsa Women Lawyers' Assocation awarded Mrs. Hart the 2011 Leadership Award.
