• Hedgepeth v. Whitman Walker, 22 A.3d 789 (DC 2011): Co-counsel for plaintiff at trial level and on appeal; drafted all briefs on appeal in landmark en banc decision carving out a new rule for negligent infliction of emotional distress claims in DC.
  
  Hildreth v. Tidewater Equipment Co., 838 A.2d 1204 (Md. 2003): Co-counsel for Defendant at trial and on appeal in case involving important corporate law issues and Maryland law on piercing the corporate veil.
  
  Lewis v. Forest Pharmaceuticals, 217 F.Supp.2d 638 (Md. 2003): Lead counsel for Plaintiff in case involving sexual harassment, defamation and wrongful termination, and raising novel issues regarding employer liability for conduct of employee.
  
  Lead counsel for defendant in patent infringement case in United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia seeking approximately $30 million in damages.
  
  Lead counsel in complex divorce and child custody matters, including international custody matter involving high profile foreign dignitaries.
  
  Lead counsel in sensitive divorce matters including professional athlete and other high net worth individuals. 
  
  Represented prime contractor and related entities as lead or co-counsel in approximately twenty-three related cases pending simultaneously against Defendant in the United States District Court, District of Maryland, United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and Alexandria Circuit Court.  Total amount of claims asserted was approximately $1.5 million.
  
  Lead counsel for Defendant in the Eastern District of Virginia and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in highly contested civil racketeering case claiming over $1 million in damages.  Prevailed on summary judgment and on appeal.
