Scott did a Great job representing me in an automobile accident case. It was a very difficult case and after much hard work involving discovery and depositions, the firm was able to get me an outstanding settlement before the trial. Scott kogen isn't just a great lawyer, he is an excellent human being!! When I had my accident I contacted almost every lawyer in the downtown area and was told I didn't have a case, I was literally ready to give up. I can't even remember how I came across Mr. Kogens number, all I remember is how Mr. Kogen took my case and gave me hope when I believed that my situation was a lost cause. Mr. Kogen treated me with respect despite the fact that I am not a wealthy man, he worked on my case the same way you would expect if you were paying him top dollar, (which I didn't). I went to this law office three years ago when I got food poisoning from a restaurant. I put my faith and trust in them that they would handle my claim in a professional manner and to no avail, this was not the case. I provided everything that they asked me to and I was given the run around. For an entire year and I half I REACHED OUT TO THEM, not the other way around. I still have heard one word from this law office to this day. I am really disappointed in The Law Office of Scott Kogen. I admit I should have took the time to screen their credibility and credentials. Thanks for nothing.
