Slusser Law Firm (The)

I hired Slusser Law to handle a business matter. Loss of wages case in which the judge ruled in my favor. I paid my full retainer and was told that would cover the suit as it was a small claims court matter. After I received a winning judgement I was presented with a bill for hidden expenses my attorney assured me wouldn’t happen. The a secretary now comes in the picture. Tells me I must pay this expense to receive my judgment payout. After weeks of attempting to contact anyone with no response I comply and pay. Then I was told there is no payout. I was supposed to be paid close to $5000. If I wanted my money I would have to have the sheriff serve papers to get payment and possibly a sheriff sale to get my payment. All of which my attorney could do for me for another payment.. After paying for all that... I was told once again there will be no payment. They weren’t sure what happened. Then I’m again told They could possibly do one more thing if I pay more money. A rabbit hole of paying them with no payment to me even though I won the suit and was awarded the near $5000. I was assured by my attorney and the owner of the firm this matter would get their personal attention and they would see to it I received payment. Now after many more months of waiting I can’t get anyone at the office to even explain what happened or where I stand. Incredibly disappointed and now wish I would have went elsewhere for representation. I took a big loss going with Slusser Law Firm.

This law firm is very attententive and responsive to its clients. I have only ever had good experiences anytime I have needed them. All of their staff is very knowledgeable and takes their time to explain things when necessary. I highly recommend this firm.

I just called in wondering if i will get the representation that i need and spoke with Attorney Solt! and Dixie. They are awesome!!! when i spoke to Attorney Solt he made me feel confortable. I was going crazy because i have 5 children and couldnt make it in to the office and they were able to acomodate me. I have called around and everyone has made it difficult for me NOT Slusser Law Firm !!! looking forward to being their client :)
