US v BARREN
Attorney for the Appellant in an appeals case in which said Appellant appealed his convictions and life sentence following a jury trial on a fifty-three-count indictment charging him with drug, money laundering, and evasion of financial reporting offenses. The Appellant held that the district court's pretrial rulings deprived him of the effective assistance of counsel. The Appeal Court found no error in the initial ruling and affirmed.
