introduction
Fred M. Charness founded the firm in 1982 after a thirteen-year tenureas counsel for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Drawing on that experience, he has devoted the past twenty years to thelitigation and collection of subrogation losses for insurance clients. He is certified by the American Arbitration Association and has been along-time member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
