Josh began practicing law at the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago in 2002. There he focused his practice on preparation and trial before federal and state courts of cases involving a broad range of business-oriented substantive law issues. Those issues included breach of contract, torts, products liability, employment matters, construction litigation, real estate and insurance overage. From 2006 to 2012, Josh continued his litigation practice in Atlanta, most recently at Rogers & Hardin, LLP. He has experience defending financial institutions, manufacturers and sellers of consumer products and services, and other large corporate clients. He has represented them in individual suits, class actions, qui tam claims and other complex cases in venues across the nation, including courts located in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, California, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Texas, Delaware, New Mexico, Louisiana and Utah. Josh has also cost-effectively resolved numerous commercial disputes for clients by pursuing creative litigation strategies, and by obtaining favorable results short of trial through arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Since moving to Heber Valley in 2012, Joshua has expanded his practice to include criminal defense, estate planning and business transactions. Josh is fluent in Swedish and speaks Dutch as well. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Georgia and Utah as well as several federal district and appellate courts across the country. Dan began practicing law in 1989 with the Salt Lake City law firm of Kimball, Parr, Crockett and Waddoups. He subsequently joined his father-in-law in his practice in Heber Valley. Shortly thereafter, he was asked to join the County Attorney’s staff in Wasatch County, and served as Deputy County Attorney. Dan became the County Attorney in 1993, and served as the chief prosecutor and civil attorney for Wasatch County. As such, he successfully prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases in state and local courts. He also helped write the land-use code for Wasatch County and represented the County in all civil matters. In 1999, the County Commissioners asked Dan to oversee the establishment and development of several special service districts in Wasatch County. Dan served as general manager and attorney for up to six special service districts for approximately 16 years. In that capacity, Dan oversaw the financing and construction of over $200 million worth of water infrastructure. He has worked on numerous land-use, development and water projects in and around Wasatch County. Dan grew up in Wyoming, but has lived and practiced law in the Heber Valley for the past 25 years. He and his wife, BettyJo, are the parents of seven children. He enjoys backpacking, mountaineering and poking around in old mines. He speaks some Japanese, and is working on learning French.

After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, Corbin returned to his home town to practice law. Over the intervening years, Corbin has gained substantial experience in water law, real estate law, corporate law, criminal defense, mediation, civil litigation, and estate planning. Among Corbin’s experiences are jury trials and appeals to the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Corbin has represented judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission and has worked extensively with the Utah State Engineer’s office for water rights. In his free time, Corbin enjoys writing music and playing in a band. He and his wife, Heather, love spending time out of doors with their four children.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000. Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.
