Gary I. Grenley, Attorney

Throughout his nearly thirty years of practice, Mr. Grenley has concentrated on the prevention, resolution and litigation of business and commercial disputes, with special emphasis in the areas of securities, real estate, antitrust, financing, employment, competition and other complex business- related matters. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Oregon, including the Oregon Supreme Court, the Eastern District of Washington and District of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Cases litigated include both prosecution and defense in the following areas: securities and antitrust class actions (including national and multi-district litigation); business employment and competitive disputes; sales and distribution; mergers and acquisitions; venture capitalization, LBOs and other financing arrangements; public offerings, private placements and IPO's; broker-customer disputes (including arbitration before NYSE and NASD tribunals); broker-dealer regulation; banking and savings & loan matters; RTC litigation; real estate acquisitions and dispositions; public and private syndications and joint ventures; foreclosures (judicial and non-judicial); corporate organization, reorganization and liquidation; employee and shareholder disputes; creditor rights; general and limited partnership matters; director and officer responsibilities; trade regulation; employment and ERISA litigation; and professional negligence (legal, accounting and real estate).
