Greg has proudly worked pretty much every legal job there is to work from the file room to paralegal to legal intern to associate to now managing partner of his own firm. His diverse legal career has included representing individuals and businesses, with a primary focus on righting injustices through civil litigation.

Prior to opening his opening his own practice, Greg worked at Kaplan & Sconzo, P.A. where Greg handled a heavy caseload of personal injury, civil litigation, discrimination, and civil rights cases.

Greg has successfully argued multiple appeals in the Fourth District Court of Appeal and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. He also tried to verdict numerous cases including five (5) cases in the last year.

Greg married the love of his life and moot court partner, Andrea Sconzo, in 2014. Together they live in Palm Beach Gardens where they are happily raising their two-year-old daughter, Gabriela.

Employment Law: I currently represent an individual who was diagnosed with cancer who approached his employer to request to take one day a week off through intermittent FMLA so as to receive radiation treatment. The employer denied the request and placed him on 12 week FMLA leave. Upon the completion of the 12 week period, he contacted the employer to return and they indicated they no longer had a position for him. We are pursuing a federal lawsuit on his behalf not only for the wrongful termination but for the wrongful denial of intermittent FMLA. I have had many other successful cases, but it is cases like these that truly upset me and so I use these as an example of a case where I will and can make a big difference. Personal Injury: I represented a woman who was a passenger in a classic racing car that was recently purchased by a friend of hers. The heating core of the car overheated cauing burning steam to shoot into the passenger compartment resulting in third degree burns to my clients legs. The injuries were devastating. We brought claims against the seller, the driver, and her own automobile insurance, in an attempt to make her whole for her devastating injuries. Disability Law: I represented a woman who was disabled and required a walker to ambulate. She lived in an apartment complex and had an assigned parking space which she had specifically requested to be close to the elevator. Due to construction in her parking garage, the building took away her spot and required her to park across the street from the building in a gravel lot. Due to her disability she could not do so and when she refused to do so, her car was towed. As a result, my client was forced to check into a hotel until the matter was resolved through the filing of a federal lawsuit.

I built a successful practice by dedicating my firm to representing clients in the areas they need most employment law, personal injury, and disability rights. By focusing on these areas and running a firm that mostly takes on contingent fee cases, I have built a solid client base, while still maintaining my core values of individual attention to each client, compassion, and honesty.

Currently, my largest outside interest is my family, which as of now includes my wife and two year old daughter. Together, we love to go to parks, the beach, and go swimming. Personally, I am a fan of all sports, and am very involved in events with my alma matter University of Miami.
