Year Admitted To Practice In: 1978,935.77.Rantz was disbarred as a result of a nine-count complaint alleging misconduct in the representation of seven separate clients between 1985 and 1989. Among other things, Rantz charged unreasonable fees, failed to adequately communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and failed to act with reasonable diligence and competence.
