Jim joined the litigation team at Valiente Mott in May 2021 as the trial attorney. In his role with the firm, Jim drafts pleadings, oversees pre-trial discovery, takes and defends depositions, makes court appearances for hearings, prepares witnesses, and takes cases to trial.
