About Jason
Jason is a founding partner at Wolford Wayne. He has dedicated the majority of his twenty plus-year legal career to representing Bay Area tenants. Jason’s practice focuses on representing tenants in wrongful eviction, habitability, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits.
Outside of the courtroom, Jason donates his time to a variety of community justice organizations. Jason is the President of the Board of Directors for the Eviction Defense Collaborative, volunteers as a tenant counselor with the San Francisco Tenants Union, and is actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association.
