QUESTIONNAIRE
We make a big difference in most of our cases, because we only take a case if we can help the client. If not, we explain why and tell them what to do themselves. I am always available to help anyone, client or not. Profit or not. A lot about our firm is on my blog on the website. Very helpful info, much not well known, from law, to accidents, to diet and health, and a lot more! In many cases in the past year, we make sure the client knows what to do and not do, what to expect, who to not talk to, we help them get medical treatment, even if they do not have health insurance. Tmt is the basis of any pi claim, it is a must. Photos also very important. By doing these things that we have learned from 30 years or experience, and up to date research and study, we often settle a client's case for 10 times what they were offered by the insurance adjuster. The case values are usually 3 or 4 times the total of gross medical expenses, gross as compared to the reduced amount we negotiate to repay upon recovery. The difference, usually at least half or 60%, goes to the client as part of their settlement, plus pain and suffering, lost earnings, and more.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Very important, we stay up to date on the latest changes, trends, we even give CLE lectures to other attorneys! Stay up on news local, accidents statewide, all by e mail and internet. We do everything by electronic web etc.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Everything they need to know, answer all questions, advise how to proceed, whether we get case or not!
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?Basic details, when where how, injuries, property damage if mva, medical tmt, photos, etc.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?All the above, only ones who really take the time to tell the the truth, not blow them off.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping others, really!
What are your other interests in addition to law?Study of history, music, bible, and science. Big on knowledge and Jewish values and morals. Basis of why i help others, and do good deeds!
Are you involved in your community?Yes, in church, synagogue, atty meetings, helping get better laws, lobbying for plaintiffs.
