I enjoy an active commercial litigation and family law practice. Although my firm is small (three attorneys and three paralegals), I have been able to successfully prosecute or defend civil cases with some of the largest law firms in the country. In recent years, I have litigated with McCarter & English (Newark), Mannett, Phelps, Phillips (San Francisco), Hodgson, Russ (New York), Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer (Woodbridge), and Goodwin, Proctor (New York).

The ability and confidence to successfully practice in the courts, both State and Federal, as well as in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, came from years of invaluable experience as a law secretary to the former Union County Assignment Judge, Edward W. Beglin, and as an associate in two well-regarded firms located in Essex and Morris Counties: The Lum Firm, and Bressler, Amery & Ross.

Largely due to these experiences, my firm is able to provide the highest level of litigation services, but on a reasonable fee schedule reflective of law firms in western New Jersey. I have active cases in the following counties: Hunterdon, Somerset, and Bergen. In the recent past, I litigated in the following jurisdictions: Middlesex, Mercer, Morris, Warren, and in the Federal Districts of Trenton and Southern District of New York.

On the Family Law side of my practice, I prefer mediation or collaboration as the means to resolve divorce matters. In my experience, the civil court is typically not the optimal venue for handling sensitive and extremely private issues which arise in dissolution cases. However, in matters such as juvenile prosecution or domestic violence, my litigation experience has been very effective in bringing about positive results for my clients.

My abilities have been recognized by my peers, as reflected by an AV (Preeminent) rating by Martindale Hubble in 2012, and further, in 2010, I was recognized by the Hunterdon County Bar Association as "Professional Lawyer of the Year."
