About Lori

Ms. Noack-May is an estate planning, probate, guardianship and elder law attorney.  She furnishes sophisticated planning in various areas such as wills and trusts; life insurance and retirement benefit planning; asset protection and family limited partnerships; charitable and family gift planning; wealth transfer and business succession planning; corporate planning; and complete probate and trust administration services, including creditor issues. Additionally, Ms. Noack-May furnishes guidance, counseling and assistance to individuals and families to provide safety and care for the elderly and disabled through guardianship and elder law matters.

Ms. Noack-May has been in private law practice since 1996.  Prior to joining W. Hayes & Associates in 2006, she was a solo practitioner with the firm of Lori Noack-May, P.C.  Prior to practicing law, she was a paralegal/legal assistant for 17 years.

Ms. Noack-May is a member of the Houston and Texas Bar Associations, The Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, Disability and Elder Law Attorneys and the Houston Bar Association - Area Bar Leaders Council.  She is the current President of Attorneys in Tax and Probate and Past-President of the Houston Bar Association - Law Practice Management Section.  Ms. Noack-May is also a member of Business Networking International and a Volunteer Attorney for the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association and the monthly ALS Clinic of the Muscular Dystrophy Association at the Baylor College of Law and the Methodist Hospital.

Ms. Noack-May received her B.S. from The University of Houston and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law.  She received the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts II.

Ms. Noack-May is a native Houstonian and has been married to Chillie for twenty years.  They have one daughter, Chelsea, and a mutt named Macy.  She enjoys walking, reading, antiquing and watching her daughter play softball.
