I have worked hard over the past 30 years carefully handling cases & always staying in touch with my clients. This has led those clients to both come back, as well as refer their friends and family.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?i can explain the general process of how pursuing a case works, and answer most questions about how to properly pursue the case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?I generally need basic information on the fact pattern to be able and evaluate where or not the case is worth pursuing.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I\\\'m extremely organized & detail oriented, so I stay on top of my cases. i also return phone calls to clients pretty quickly; that\\\'s one of the most frustrating things for clients if they can\\\'t speak with their attorney.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?It\\\'s great to help people navigate the difficult process after an accident. Usually a client is too distracted from the injuries and all the things that need to be organized in order to properly present a claim to the insurance company alone.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I enjoy working out, including cycling, playing golf and reading.
